How trials, verification and billing fit together.

Can I start my trial before verification finishes?
Yes. Your trial can start before identity verification completes, but conversion to a paid plan requires approved verification and a payment method.
When is my card charged?
Never during the trial, and only after your identity verification is approved. Card details are collected securely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Can I change seats later?
Any time from your billing page. You'll see a prorated preview before you confirm any change.
What if I cancel?
Cancel at the end of your billing period or immediately — your choice. You can resume a pending cancellation before it takes effect.
